I have read the investment warning

Opmantek has recently become a public company.

Favorable investment terms are available to overseas and Australian investors in the early rounds of a capital raise which are intended for Opmantek/NMIS connected people and open to all visitors to this page.

Opmantek currently has 7 investors.

There are 20 share parcels available at AUD25k per parcel.

Shares are simply purchased and traded on the Australian Small Scale Opportunities Board (ASSOB) – Opmantek listed on ASSOB to provide a simple process for both Australian and overseas investors to invest and to sell their shares.

The intent of the raise is:

To raise at a low valuation and provide high investor return with a goal of creating a group of “serial investors”;
To provide favorable shareholdings to investors who are linked to Opmantek/NMIS (e.g. up to $50k of shares for a $25k investment).

The funds will be used primarily to:

Create a solid foundation for NMIS commercial support services;
Hire key development staff to work on “parallel innovations” – products which the NMIS user group seek that run alongside NMIS and can be offered for commercial sale at a small fee while keeping NMIS free.
